Refund policy
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products, we offer a full refund minus any original shipping cost (if applicable) and a standard restocking fee ($200) within the first 30 days after the product has shipped. If you would like to exchange your premium massage chair, within the first 30 days after the product has shipped, the restocking fee is waived. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges of the item(s) for both returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card (or other form of payment) that was used when placing the order within 7 to 10 business days.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@comfortloungers.com and we will process an insurance claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Cancellations:
All orders canceled after 48 hours after order is placed are subject to a $200 restocking fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping charges of the item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original credit card (or other form of payment) that was used when placing the order within 7 to 10 business days.
